Düsseldorf, Forum Oberkassel The left bank of the Rhine now features heavily in the market for office space in Düsseldorf, with the Seestern district, the Hansapark, Prinzenpark and many other developments in Oberkassel. PRELIOS has purchased a site here suitable for the construction of a further 109,000 sq m of gross floor space. Two phases have already been completed.
