Prelios Deutschland manages rental apartments all across Northern Germany. We provide both technical and commercial services for around 17,000 residential units belonging to various national and international owners.

The management and administration of these portfolios is focussed on high levels of profitability, value enhancement and tenant satisfaction. Market developments are analysed at an early stage in order to identify potential – for instance, by converting apartments into living quarters for residential groups or into residential care homes for senior citizens, from cost-saving through renovation or by selling homes tenants.
